  • Surface RT Hard Reset

    1. Turn the Surface on
    2. Attach the Touch or Type Keyboard to the Surface
    3. Hold down the Shift Key at the Login Screen
    4. Click on the Power icon
    5. Click on Restart
    6. Click on Troubleshoot
    7. Choose either Reset or Refresh
